We loved this hotel's location near a train station that connects to all main tourist spots without needing to change trains. The hotel facilities were awesome, and cleanliness was excellent. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location near Sugamo Station with easy access to the Toei Mita Line and JR North Exit. The nearby 7-Eleven and 24-hour McDonald's were great for quick bites. The quiet neighborhood had plenty of restaurants and shopping options for the elderly. The 24-hour front office was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the washer-dryer on multiple floors and the Panasonic ECONAVI Humidifying nanoe Air Purifier in the room. The complimentary mineral water and consistent hot water in the bathroom were nice touches.
Felt very homey, nothing to complain about.

I loved the location! Close to the subway and many great restaurants nearby. The onsen bath on the rooftop was amazing! I also appreciated the complimentary water in the room.

A well-equipped room with comfortable, soft mattresses, and good shower pressure. Breakfast offered a great selection, but gets crowded between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM. The location is central and near a train station, making it easily accessible. One can enjoy the hotel's onsen, which is spacious and has separate bathing areas for men and women.

The hotel's location was convenient with easy access to public transportation, just a short walk from both a subway and a train station. The proximity to the Yamanote line station was particularly helpful. the area surrounding the hotel had plenty of amenities that were easily accessible from the hotel.
The hotel lacked customer service, leaving guests feeling unimportant and unwelcome upon arrival.

Great location, easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The public bath was a highlight, with spacious booths and indoor/outdoor options.
Room was small and lacked a common area for socializing. Pillows were thin and the washing machine was dirty.
